Our fulfillment partners operate Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (EST), excluding U.S. public holidays
Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotions, or holidays
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order before it ships and does not include delivery time.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Dermadiction cannot guarantee carrier performance or delivery timelines.

Change of Delivery Address
Delivery address changes can be requested before the order has been dispatched.
Once dispatched, address changes are no longer possible.

P.O. Box Shipping
Dermadiction ships to P.O. Box addresses via postal services only.
Courier delivery is not available for P.O. Box locations.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch
Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible and will be handled in accordance with our Return Policy

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier:
Dermadiction cannot guarantee carrier performance
Dermadiction is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or external factors
Dermadiction is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout
We will assist customers with carrier inquiries or claims where applicable.
